Most therapy programs include 12–15 sessions, organized into 3–5 progressive phases. Each session is focused on restoring optimal function to the orofacial complex while addressing and eliminating dysfunctional breathing patterns and habits.
As part of your comprehensive care, collaboration and referrals may be recommended when appropriate. This can include coordination with ENT specialists, functional medicine providers, allergists, airway-focused dentists, orthodontists, bodywork professionals, TOTs release providers, and sleep specialists to ensure a truly integrative approach.
Programs are typically completed over a period of six to nine months. Sessions are conducted virtually via secure video conferencing every two to three weeks, with each appointment lasting approximately 30-40 minutes.
Consistency is key to achieving lasting results. Daily exercises are an essential part of therapy and are designed to be simple and manageable—requiring just 5 minutes, twice per day—to support proper muscle function and long-term success.
